if you love your dog, DO NOT TAKE HIM/HER in this place. They care about your money, not about your pet. My puppy got in this place healthy and happy and came out with cough, White Blood cells above normal values and diarreah. {I have Hospital medical report as a proof}

EVER, EVER, EVER AGAIN!!! This company has no idea of what luxury means!

They have mistreated my puppy for 3days, I had to make about 10 international calls per day to make sure that they did their job.

No morning walks, dog imprisoned in that "luxury" cage the whole day, pee on the floor in the cage and no one cleaning until I called, TV turned off, kennel door closed and again we had to call to tell them to activate the service that was supposed to be provided. We asked for the dog to play outside and they "forgot" and started to invent excuses. Our puppy NEVER played outside in the morning (as we were told he would), until we called to complain. ..only then they let him out!

Last but not least the ac broke apparently and NOBODY gave us a call or sent an email or text to let us know that they were putting our puppy somewhere else. We didn't know where the puppy was for 3hours, not in the daycare rooms,not in the playgrounds.

When we called to see where Sherlock was, we were told to wait because they had to change the password....in the end the password was still the same, so at this point most likely they just put our Sherlock where he wasn't supposed to be and when called (again, international call!), they put him back in the so called luxury suite (a cage!!!)

One of the girls who works there, lied to us and hanged up on us because we were complaining about her lies. She is aware we have calls recorded and screenshots of they way they mistreated our puppy.

We asked to talk to the manager, who obviously wasn't there...and never gave us a call back.

Careless,incompetent and negligent.

...and there's much more that we are going to report to the agency for negligent treatment of non-human creatures.

We had to call our brother in law to pick Sherlock up one day earlier because the idea of him staying over in that prison one more night was unbearable.

It's inhuman to treat pets in this way. SHAME ON...

My friend told me about this place. They worked there and have even told me that MULTIPLE dogs have died there. If it was just one that passed away, things happen and I get it but more than that? This place is still fairly new. I went by to give them the benefit of the doubt because maybe it was circumstantial and I wanted to check out the facility. There's a 24hr vet clinic very close, but when I asked them to explain how that happened with doctors on-site, they couldn't give me an answer. I mean can you imagine going on vacation or a business trip and you come back to no dog? My friend also told me that there are always dogs getting sick there and they'll use this to their advantage by then charging for treatment for something a healthy dog got at their own facility. They have a pool and I asked them how they prevent infections from the pool and they couldn't answer that either. Knowing that dogs get sick from the pool means they don't use bleach in the pool which although it may be healthier for the dogs, it also harbors bacteria that will get them sick. I figured they might drain and clean it but I guess not. My friend even showed me the reviews they have put on their own page to boost ratings. That's just completely ridiculous and shows that they themselves know they are not reliable. I was lucky enough to get access to a lot of inside info on this place because I've been good friends with that person for many years but not everyone knows all of this. I need certainty and trust when leaving my dog anywhere with anyone, and I am certain I will not...

My dog stayed for 2 nights in this facility.

Paid private play time and saw in the camera my dog playing with another dog for the three days she stayed in this facility. They refunded the money but the least I care is that. I didn’t want my dog with another dog period.

They return the belongings dirty

First time I had to leave my dog in this play , when I picked her up she was wet and stinky. If this facility is charging that price at least could provide a service suitable for the people that pays this amount of money but they only know how to charge. Their service is the same as a cheap place.

I paid for a de-shedding treatment. I have a lab , they have double coat and they shed. I paid this service and when I pick up my dog, she was shedding more than when I left her. They offered to do it again and what they did was to trim her hair!!!!!! You don't do that to a lab. My precious baby had her hair trim all over her body and still shedding cotton balls. I had to groom her a home and remove all the loose her they left. You don’t shave a lab , if you do , you are harming their coat and their skin. So upsetting and such a waste of time and money.

I paid almost 400 dollars for two nights and the weekend before this one , I spent almost 300. The least you could do is to provide a quality service. Will never...
