Horrible customer service. I called ahead and asked Dixie about the availability of an item, she told me it was not only available, but they would have someone there to load it. We drove 2hrs (the same day) in a storm to pick the cabinet up and when we get there she tells us they forgot and no one was available to load it. She nor the manager ever offered an apology for our inconvenience.
IN RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: Our 2500HD can accommodate up to 84' inches and has a 3900 lb. towing capacity. So, being able to haul the cabinet was not an issue. And for the record, you didn't initially offer free delivery; you were charging us, which, given the fact that we were inconvenienced and, according to Dixie, you already had a scheduled delivery in our area, is sad and also goes to show your poor customer service. Oh and let's not pretend that the delivery fee was some huge discount; it was only $100. Which for the distant, almost 100 miles, isn't bad. However, the delivery fee was not the problem. The fact that you knew we were coming and did not advise us beforehand (and you had my number) that you did not have the staff to load the cabinet before we drove 2hrs there, coupled with your callous attitude about the situation, is the reason for the low rating. If there was a miscommunication, this review would reflect that. Your attitude and response to my review is that we should be grateful that you granted us a discounted, then free delivery. That was the least you could do, especially since apologizing for our inconvenience is too much like taking responsibility.
By the way, a free delivery to a place you were already going to compared to us driving 2hrs for no reason...
