I really wish I can put no stars. My family the worst experience with this particular factory. With the supervisor, the HR, and the higher up. I was pregnant when my husband started working there. Before he started he had told them I was pregnant and that I was high risk. He also showed proofed to them that I was high risked and I pregnant. But I very uncomfortable when they wanted to know why when they know one I don’t work for them and two HIPPA. If they don’t know that they need to look it up. But going forward, I had to go to the hospital more than once and he had to take one of the times because I fell on my stomach. They were very pissed off at him and quested him like why he had to go to the hospital and extra. It started being aggravated because they didn’t want him to be at the hospital with me or his unborn child. I was getting more stressed out and in tears. They started threatening him with losing his job over the fact that I was pregnant and that he had to leave for an emergency when it came down to his unborn child. He even brought the excuses from the hospital. Then it came down where he started take a NEW diabetic medication that made him puke at work. Everyone saw it. Even his manager on duty he told him, that he need to go home because he kept puking. But then all of sudden when my husband when back to work. They let he work that morning until 9. Then told he was terminated because they said that the manager on duty that night wrote that my husband quit and he didn’t. I was devastated because they didn’t want to hear my husband out at all. Even some of the workers that was there was like it’s messed up how they did to him. As if they target him for know reason. My advice to families out there the experience we went through with this company they don’t care about employees that have families or anything....

Attention Truckers: The driveway and pretty much all the roads on this facility is unusually tight considering how open Alabama is. Driving to the main gate I checked in with the security that is on the right. Security guy (tall guy with balding white hair, thick glasses and a beer gut) was very hostile, condescending and rude because he didn't like the way I parked my truck during check in, despite that fact that there was no traffic around. The drop lot for drop-n-hooks is a very uneven gravel road that is very small with very limited space to drop your trailer. This place overall has a very unprofessional appearance with discount rent-a-cops posing as security who doesn't have any social skills to interact with drivers in a productive and...

I arrived to your facility on 10-3-25 around 4 a.m. to pick up my load. Your employees put the wrong trailer number on my bill of lading so your security guard told me that I have to wait until someone come in at 5:30am to stamp my bills due to the error bc he stated that he can't stamp it. It's now almost 6a.m. and I'm still at your facility without my bills being stamped just burning unnecessary time....
