Wow- young man behind the desk in the office is quite underwhelming. He has the personality of a Coke can, okay, whatever, but his superior, entitled, condescending attitude towards me and a general lack of desire to provide a modicum of customer service was stunning.

I asked for 1-1/2 yards of material. Flatly "I don't sell 1/2 yards". Hmm- wasn't a problem when I came here a while ago for 1/2 yard of soil. I responded with the same flat tone in a direct manner as he was what my order was. He sat and waited for me to come to him with my card, which I did, he rang me up without so much as a thank you.

Will reconsider coming here again if he is still of the same attitude. Ownership should train their people how to be "Managers"; most people are not capable...

Jacob has been great to work with!!!! I recently had a poor experience with another soil/compost provider with the inferior quality of the product. I had all of it removed from my 2 foot deep raised beds. Jacob was so kind and thorough in explaining what is used in their garden soil. He walked me to the pile and grabbed a handful so I could see, smell and feel it up close. It was clearly better than what I had previously purchased. He let me take home a sample so I could see how it reacted with water and do a soil test. I am just now reseeding my beds but I feel I'll be happy with the results.
