Ordered at 6:56pm with expected time of 7:30.
I was in the drive thru line at approximately 7:25, was number 3 in line. When I was at the window, the time was 7:30.
Upon being asked about the order, I was told “it is still in the oven. You can wait here”. About 5-7 minutes later, I was presented an order that was not mine. The employee looked confused, checked around and then stated again “it is in the oven”.
Now there were 2 more vehicles behind me and I was asked if I would park so the others could get their items.
I came into the store to wait. Upon entering, I was asked my name so I stated I was in the drive thru lane and the order wasn’t completed.
At this time I was told my order was #3 in line for the oven (time now 7:45-7:50) and that I could have a complimentary soda for the inconvenience (politely declined).
When the item in the oven was completed (which I presume was the pasta) I was given the pizza and pasta but not the wings (employee went and retrieved). I was not given a “thank you” nor a “sorry for the wait”.
I feel that the pasta was overlooked until I arrived at the store. If this is the case, I should have been given the option of passing on the pasta or to wait for it.
When I arrived with the food at my house (less than 10 minutes from the store), the pizza was not correct (given thin crust vs hand tossed), it was cold and the wings were cool to warm.
Being asked for a tip prior to receiving my order is wrong. If I could I would take the tip back.
This store has lost a customer. I will not return, nor will I recommend anybody to patronize...
Read moreIt is raining like crazy tonight. That being said, restaurants should be stepping up their game. I did not see that this evening. Reported our undercooked pizza to the employee that took my original order. Thought it best to go inside vs waiting in the car in the rain. I brought our original pizza in for our remake. I believe the manager was right near where I turned in the bad pizza. The employee turned to show it to this person and said the remake would be ready in 5 minutes. A while later(not 5 minutes) it appeared that most of the employees were huddled by the end of the oven line wherein a female employee emerged with my pizza. She asked if it looked correct, I said yes and left.
There are several sad factors to this experience. First, no one acknowledged the problem or offered a sincere apology. The manager never acknowledged me at all. In past visits I’ve always been offered a comp beverage.....nothing! Huge disappointment guys! To the manager...you need to start over with your training!

Because the website was down, I received a message at the end of the order process telling me to contact the store directly. I did not realize that the website was down so I started the order process again and received the same message so I called the store. They told me that hey had not received my order so they took it over the phone. They charged me far greater than the price offered online so I called the store back after I found out this info after the delivery was made. The manager told me she could match the price of on the website. then the doorbell rings again with a 2nd delivery of the same order. Come to find out, I had 3 orders coming to my house. So the manage deleted the order that the stare manually processed ($41 rather than $32) and deleted...
