Woke up on a Sunday morning to realize my daughters iPhone 6sPlus screen was lifting out of place and running hot within seconds of being used. I called shortly after noon (open 12-3 on sundays!) Sending a picture with description of the issue, He knew right away even over the phone that the battery was needing replaced . We arrived at the store and was in and out under 10 minutes !!! Jonathan was able to fix my Samsung Galaxy S9. Unfortunately, a small piece broke inside my headphones' port and before I found DLS a couple of "experts" had told me I had to replace the whole bottom part of the phone( not sure what that means). But he was super professional and knowledgeable. Customer service at it's best. I highly recommend this place, very organized, neat and sparkling clean. I am so happy I found him.
