Maddys Moon Bounces — Local services in Douglas

There are so many businesses out there but my experience with Maddy's Moon Bounce has been by far the best! I am having a party for my daughter and I called them to ask about renting a bouncy house. I spoke with Patrick, he answered all my questions, he sent me pictures and pricing right away. It was easy, efficient and he clearly was only concerned with me being happy in the end. Patrick set up the bouncy house reservation for me with in minutes. Then 2 days later my daughter asked if I could get a dunk tank for the party instead of a bouncy house. I reached out to Patrick just to ask if changing my order was something they would be willing to do? After having such a positive experience I wasn't going to cancel the bouncy house unless I knew it wouldn't mess them up. Patrick responded to me right away, he checked availability for the dunk tank and without any questions or hesitation he made the change for me. Even though this party is in 3 days from today and I had already reserved the bounce house he happily changed the order for me! I will never use anyone else for any future events/parties!! I honestly can't say enough about this business, and this was just the booking process! I am very impressed and look forward to working with them in the future! I highly recommend Maddys...

I booked a moon bounce one month in advance. The time and date of the party were confirmed via text and a Google event that was created by Maddie's Moon bounce. I texted at the time of our party to confirm delivery. Tried both numbers. No response. Called twice. No response. 30min after the scheduled delivery time, I sent a text asking for a full refund if I did not see the moon bounce in 5 minutes. I got a text saying "hi we will be right there" 10 minutes later I asked for a refund as the party was mostly over. I received a full refund via a Venmo notification immediately. Along with a text apology. Hence the 2 stars for quick response. However, the excuse was "we have the party scheduled to start at 1" I understand mistakes happen. But at no point was the party scheduled to start at 1. I have texts and email confirmation stating 10:30am start time. This moon bounce was supposed to be for for my daughter's 3rd birthday party. Lesson learned check both Google AND yelp reviews...

My second year renting with Maddys Moon Bounce, they never disappoint. Last year they were very efficient from communication to the day of setup, Patrick even sent over a big bag of little party favors, definitely a sweet gesture, he answered all the questions I had (communication was via text which is awesome, quick and easy) the person that setup the bounce house was so friendly and she set the bounce house up quick with no issues! We even got the bounce house for an extra couple of days (which the kids enjoyed and was perfect for the Labor Day weekend) They helped make my sons first birthday an awesome experience. This year for his second I decided last minute on getting a bounce house and Patrick is a life saver!
