This Photowalk of Beacon Hill was terrific. It is a great tour to do if you like exploring a unique neighborhood in more detail, gain a deeper perspective on the history, the architecture and the people who have lived in Beacon Hill in the past and what it's like to live there today. If you're a photo enthusiast, there are a number of very interesting views and compositions to consider and capture. Saba was a terrific guide who has deep knowledge of the neighborhood and was a wonderful tour guide. As a native Bostonian I have been through Beacon Hill a number of times but this time I saw a range of features, architectural details and perspectives I never have before. Highly recommend for anyone interested in a deeper tour of Beacon Hill. And for any Star Wars fans out there - there is a really neat and fun window box worth...

100 out of 10 would recommend a walking photo tour with Saba, she was amazing! She was so friendly and you can tell she LOVES sharing all the fun facts about Boston and all the stops along the way. There were so many areas we would've just walked right past, but hearing the story behind what you would otherwise deem "just a door" or "just a window", made the area come to life! Saba gave us great tips for some of the photo opps, and offered to take photos of us so that we could be in some together. I wish we had more time in Boston so we could do more tours with Saba. She also emailed us links so i could further learn about some of the important figures in Boston's history. If you are in this amazing city, do not miss this tour! Saba, we will not forget our amazing time here,...

I was so delighted with this tour. I had chosen it because it advertised instruction in photography techniques, and the last photography class I took was prior to the advent of digital photography. Not only did I learn how to acquire and process images on my phone, but also concepts about grouping, color contrast, and framing. This alone would have made this a spectacular tour. However, because I mentioned that I would probably also take the conventional Freedom Trail tour, we modified my original plan to focus on Beacon Hill. I was fascinated by the history and vibrancy of this storied region in Boston. I am almost tempted to take another tour in a different part of town to learn more photography techniques...

I thoroughly enjoyed PhotoWalks tour with Saba! Her deep knowledge about the area and photography really shows. She helped me a bunch in understanding the various settings of my mirrorless camera, how to look at a scene from different perspectives and also sprinkled easy tips on editing. My favorite part about the tour has to be the narrow alleyways I would've never sought out on my own. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone interested in street photography (experience no bar) or even if you're simply curious about hidden gems in Boston city. The city has such a lovely classic charm, its fun to immerse in the details and click away!

I've done a number of Photo Walks with Saba Alhadi and would highly recommend any of the walks she runs. I've done the Back Bay and Beacon Hill walks and both are great. With Saba you get both a history not to be missed and best of all is the expert guidance she gives on where and how to get the best shots. With other photography walks you come away just with photos but with Saba you not only learn how to take great photos, but you also learn about the places you explore. She welcomes people at any skill level and is happy for you to use mobile phones. I've learned so much from Saba's Photo Walks and I've no doubt you will do the same.
