Most unprofessional rude individual I have ever tried to work with and i've been hunting and using meat processors for over 35 years. I used this outfit a few years back and while this gentleman was gruff and unprofessional back then, I let it ride and I was ok with the finished product. After my 2023 experience which was much worse, I will just take the time to drive into Casper. Maybe the folks in Casper are not mad at the whole world, and don't take it out on the customers. If your going to provide a service to the public at least be reasonable and nice to the customer. Rudest individual I have ever dealt with! Absolutely THE rudest bunch of people I’ve ever felt with. We brought in my antelope right after we shot it Still light out and were told they weren’t taking anymore animals for 2 days. Told him we were from Texas and did he have any suggestions of somewhere else. Said bring it back in the morning. We show up mid morning and they almost wouldn’t take it. I do not know how someone hopes to stay in business by treating people the way They do. We were trying to get south since there was a snow storm coming so we won’t in to pick up my sausage pkg. we were rudely told we needed to follow the rules. My hunting party has been taking antelope here for many years. Steaks have always come out good, and the processed products are terrific. Some reviews have called the staff rude. To that I would say, understand that finding help for a seasonal job is very difficult. Further, meat processors are few and far between. Whether you plan on using Tom's or another processor, call them ahead of time to ensure they're taking animals, and inquire about turnaround time before you arrive with your carcass...
