So so disappointed leaving this review, but our experience didn’t seem to match everyone else’s. Planned a detour here especially on our way from Moosehead lake to Bar Harbor. We are from the UK and I’d literally added this as a stop to our itinerary before arriving in the US. I genuinely don’t know what the good reviews are about or maybe we visited on an off day? The lady as we came in barely acknowledged us, didn’t even look up or greet us and we felt a very unfriendly vibe. I just received my 1st (of many) Order from Bob's Sugarhouse and the maple syrup and maple sugar candy are AWESOME - THE BEST! I am a Maine native (NC transplant) so I know my maple syrup.
