I received a dozen roses from them on February 2, 2021. They didn’t even last for 48 hours. These flowers were send to me from my friend in Connecticut in memory of my Mom’s passing. My friend contacted her local florist in Connecticut and they had this florist take care of her order. I contacted this florist and explained my situation via an email. They responded and said they were sorry and that they were very busy withValentines Day and that after Valentine’s Day the Tuesday which was February 16th they would be happy to send me fresh flowers in any color I wanted. I then responded to their email and said no I did not wish to receive any flowers, these flowers were supposed to be received on a specific date in memory of my Mom. I told them I appreciated their quick response, I told them I would appreciate it if they would give my friend some kind of refund since the product she ordered and might I say paid a lot of money for was not given. Flowers are okay, but don’t expect them to look anything like the online photo. I know that the arrangements may not be exactly the same due to flower availability, but it should be equivalent and in the same style. I ordered what looked like a beautiful unique and modern arrangement, and my mother received something that looks like any arrangement you could pick up at the grocery store. I upgraded to deluxe as well. They don’t have an email or contact form on their site, so I attempted to contact them via FB messenger, and though I received an automatic reply thanking me for my message, they never bothered to actually reply. I work for a flower shop in Oklahoma and heard these people were the ones with the nice arrangements. Sent them an order which they refused, stating that they needed an additional $10.00. I sent them an additional $10 and then they say they need another additional $8. (their words 65+12 = 80) Which is fine, but they should have told me the correct information the first time. I then call them to verify what exactly they needed and was treated HORRIBLY. Very rude and loud, pig sounding women working there....
