VBW, Inc — Local services in Dover

I was driving past a "One Lane Road Ahead" sign near their construction site and the sign fell and destroyed by side view mirror and my passenger side doors. I was told by the flagger to talk to the men at the construction site up the road. VBW's employee was the only person nearby and I told him what happened once he got off his phone. He laughed at me. He claims it was the other company, Nichols Excavation's fault and not theirs. No one would give me information so I started taking pictures. Their employee got hostile, aggressive and threatening and demanded I delete the pictures which I refused to do. At 5:50pm on June 23, 2022 I was turning left from Salisbury onto northbound Forrest in Dover, DE. I was sitting at the red arrow a few cars back from a VBW inc dump truck. The dump truck got impatient and turned left while the arrow was still red almost causing an accident with an oncoming motorist. Potential clients of this company would do well to calculate the risk of them killing someone while working on their job. No respect for the lives of others making them a huge liability. Was driving down rt 13 yesterday and a piece of metal flew out of the truck. I had to swerve to miss it. I tried to flash the driver but they just kept speeding up and going in and out of lanes so I couldn't get them to pull over I finally got a glimpse of the company name when I passed them at a red light.
