This is a review that I am more than happy to write. From the minute I called Magnum I knew that I called the right place. I needed radios rather quickly. The representative was quite helpful and assured me that i could pick them up in the morning. I drove 85 miles there and when I got there they were ready for me. I needed to add to my order and within 15 minutes the order was complete. An employee brought to my attention that my tire looked like it was going flat. When I went to leave this gentleman met me with an air hose and pressure gauge. I have just recently started dealing with Magnum. There customer service is far beyond expected. I have placed two seperate orders in the past week. Both orders provided shipping and tracking info within a couple of hours of order placement. I received both orders within two days of ordering each one.
