One of the main employees Randy does not know his information like he claim he does, He gets off on putting other people down and being condenseding to them. When I tried to talk to him about fixing a tv he kept talking over me and correcting me on every little thing. I've spent 20 years in electronics and televisons for a while and everything he says SOUNDS like the truth to the average Joe but everything is wrong except the facts about the history (which doesnt really matter, but he uses that to think hes one step above you). I don't understand why Blue Hen TV still has Randy working there and I see several other people complaining about him. Personally I see him as a tumor to the company, either he's going to bring the company down til it's extinction, or the company is going to lose Randy and thrive. Him personally has ruined Blue Hen TV for me, I will never be coming back, and ill make sure my friends stray away from it as long as the headache is still...

The first time my Samsung tv was picked up and repaired by Randy it came back with a black mark on my screen. (Pressure was applied). In the last two months the same thing was wrong with my tv to my Samsung tv. (Less than a year later) My husband spoke with Randy and he said he would repair everything to include the black spot on the screen. He sent for my tv to be picked up. Almost a month later Randy arrived with my tv no call or anything about 7:00 pm. Randy said he plugged the tv up and nothing was wrong the tv. THAT WAS A LIE! I turned on the tv the exact thing wrong with the tv. My husband called Randy who was all over the place and told lie after lie about the repair. I have video of our tv showing it DOES NOT WORK. I searched around for a company to repair my tv after discovering it was damaged due to movers coming back from the military. I saw mixed reviews from this company when researching a place in the area but figured I take a chance. I'm not sure of the person I dealt with I'm guessing it was Randy as many keep referring to this person. Well I brought the tv in and was quoted a price and given the documents to file a claim with. The military finally got back to me about 2-3 months after our initially spoke with him. I was told they had updated their system so he would have to look my information up and get back to me it's been about 3-4 years now and I'm still waiting on that call back.
