😠On 5/25/2021 I got 2 of my vehicle’s windows tinted at this place after looking online for places to get tinted, I found Tindalls Tinting there were a little pricey $225 but they had soonest available spot. I dropped the first vehicle off and got a phone call that the rear window of my vehicle Window was already tinted so therefore the price would be a little less and I could bring in my second vehicle, so I did. I get a phone call about 20 minutes later saying that my rear window had glue on it and it was going to cost an additional $200 to get the glue off and it will take approximately an hour and a half to two hours just for that😤. I was confused because I was just in the vehicle and there were no issues with my window but they put me in a position to decide at that point. So the receptionist said I talked him down to $150 so I said OK go ahead and do it. I had to go pick up my kid from school approximately 15 minutes later so I had to ride by the place on my way to the school and I noticed that my carsis rear window was already tinted 20 minutes after I dropped the car off. I pulled into the place and confronted them about the additional charge and the lie that I had just been told saying it was going to take two hours. I felt that they were trying to get the remainders of the money from the first vehicle being as though they didn’t have to tent the rear window and add it to my vehicle as if I had additional work to be done in order to get the same amount of money out of me. When I came to the place I noticed that the receptionist was looking at the amount of money that I had in cash and I believe that her intentions were to get more money out of me for that reason they were very argumentative everybody in the building was argumentative when I confronted them about the lie being told about the time that they told me that it would take. I went picked up my kids from school before I got back to drop my kid off I got a phone call the vehicle was done. That’s because the gig was up I had already went by the shop and seen that I had been manipulated out of $200. I will be slowing down at JP-16 So to the owner if you read this expect to see it coming!!! So to all reading this do not let Tyndall‘s window tinting manipulate you by saying they have to do additional work to your vehicle to get more money out of you if they tell you to ask them to show you what the issue is especially to you ladies!!! Got my car tinted today, i was 15min late for my appt and they were very accommodating from the gate. The woman helping me at front desk was pleasant, professional, and was generally happy about life. Took them under 2 hours to fully tint my car and i received a text when they were done. After riding away, noticed a couple bubbles in driver side window. I remembered she told me about a curing process and figured i would call to ask about it. Again, she was very professional, polite, and happy while answering my questions, probably a series of questions she hears from every customer. She explained that if it didnt clear up in a couple days during curing that they would be happy to correct it but she was confident in her product and installation team that it would self correct. I absolutely loved my experience at Tindall’s! From the moment I reached out to inquire about the tint service for my Acadia, through to follow up after the service, Cody was amazing. He reached out almost immediately after my inquiry and was even willing to communicate via text message which is absolutely my preferred method. The service itself was flawless and I love the end result. When I initially went in a chip in my windshield was noticed. They immediately brought it to my attention and held off until I got it replaced later in the week. Tindall’s got me right back in to finish the job.
