I had a million questions, and he walked me through the whole store as we looked at all their merchandise. He was patient with all my dumbest questions, and I never felt rushed. Also, the place is beautiful and modern. They have some cute clothing merch, including some adorable purses and handbags. One thing I really appreciated and noticed. I pre ordered last night 3/7/2025. Service was prompt but the guy got angry when I tried to add a lighter. Then he handed me my bag and there was a note that something was missing. To me it looked like a thank you note so I didn't think about it. But, the same angry guy didn't go through my order with me and when I tried to open it he told me I couldn't in the store. When I got home I was missing items and I got shake instead of what I ordered. AND....the online order was $91. I was charged $120. Needles to say I will never be back. I typically shop over in Niles, but this past month I came across twisted bee. I know it's been around for awhile. I've always heard great things about this dispensary. I now KNOW that this is a great dispensary because of the quality and variety that they provide. I've never been disappointed whenever I shop here. The staff is very attentive. There are hardly any waits. They get people in and out as quick as possible. I also love the touch of all the extra merchandise that they have to shop from in the store.
