Wife and I used to have an account with these people but during covid 19 was always threatening to come take our stuff and we had quite a bit of money into them...finally got stuff paid off and we will not ever deal with them again... They will harass you by repeatedly calling you even when it is not yet time for you to make your payment talking about we just wanted to make sure you were going to make your payment this week. To top that off all they care about is themselves, they don't care about your struggles during this epidemic or anything else. My opinion is that you find someone else to do rent to own from or just save and buy it...

Horrible customer service, shady business practices.. purchased a couch and an Xbox through them, returned the couch, wasn't able to return the Xbox in time and I was sued for both the couch and the Xbox even though they received the couch back.. The Manager Chad said in court ( I'm A Beast in Court) guess what Chad, you're not a beast in real life buddy 😉 NEVER do business with Z Smart if you know what's good for you... Go to Rent-A-Center in Niles.. their customer service team is a thousand...

Went in to browse for a mattress. Was gonna do 4 months same as cash to make it a more reasonable price, doing more than half down and the rest paid as the contract went on. Well after changing to straight cash outright purchase, it took almost a hour to produce us with a price. Aswell as an employee was trying to force me on the purchase of a LEASE ONLY PACKAGE TO GO WITH A OUT THE DOOR PURCHASE. With a cranky child, over a hour plus to simply purchase a mattress...
