Most of the people are very nice here, problem is they are constantly out of stock. You will spend 10 mins looking through their book, pick something out just to be told oh sorry we are out of that. Then mark it out or your book. Last time I was there with my mother who had a very bad stroke a few years back and the new little manger there kept talking over us. I asked her to please quit talking over us because I was trying to help my mother and she flips out and proceeds to tell me how she is the manger about 10 times (no one asked) and kicked me out of the store extremely rudely. If this is their new manger then I’ll pass on going there. But with the revolving door of people I’ve seen pass through sure it won’t be long. Super nice to have a dispensary here in this small town but they take advantage of being the only one in town and just do...

The employees touch the bud with their hands. Has to be against the dispensary laws.

They sell cartridges that do not work (on multiple pens) and do not offer refunds/exchanges.

They do not accept change more than $2 in change.

I work in Eugene and have gone to so many dispensaries that are really awesome and this one has been so hard to deal with since I've first visited. Each visit worce than the last. Luckily this will be the last time I attempt to purchase from this store.

And the location in Roseburg overcharged me by $75 one day so... Maybe it's just...

I had been a loyal customer for over the past year and for some reason after all the money ive spent in this store they all of a sudden had an issue with my ID...guess i'll start going back to Apocatheria where they have better product and the staff is the most knowlegable or Medication Station where the prices are more equivelant with still better product and better staff...so disappoonted they got rid of the great staff they use to have here...slippin downhill La...
