This used to be my go to place. Then one day I needed new tires and decided to leave it because I was told it would be a few hours as they were backed up. It was 10 am and they told me they would call as soon as my car is ready. By 3 pm no call so I went by and noticed my car gone. I can sense that all the employees were trying to avoid me. After a few minutes, I was able to get the attention of one employee. He told me that my car should be ready soon; that they had just finished putting on my new tires and his collegue is taking it out for a test drive to make sure there are no problems. I waited 15 minutes until the employee got back. As I walked up to my car, he gets out with his lunch and tells me my car is ready. I paid, thanked my friend for helping me out and never went back.

God is good. ALL the time! 25 min from home our back right tire sheared off and was GONE...stems and all. We limped on the shoulder to exit 111. We called Sunrise Campers in Hickory to see if they could help. They called multiple places to find help and sent us to Larry's in Valdese. He couldn't help, so he sent us to Tires Plus in Valdese. These people were awesome! They had to go to another shop to find the right size stems and nuts, they replaced the tire, made sure the other tires were good and pumped up 2 that looked a bit low and sent us on our way. 1.5 hrs...less than $300...I couldn't recommend them more highly.
