Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in North Carolina

Valdese papa johns is not the place to eat! I am only giving this restaurant 1 star because I had to check one. I called in the order and waited the 20 mins before arriving to pick it up only to be told that it was still in the oven. The employees direct me to wait in my car but i declined and decided to stick it out in the waiting area. For the next 30 mins, while I wait, I get to hear an employee curse other employees up one side and down the other. This employee was using their whole profanity vocabulary on the others talking about how she's two weeks late (her period i presume) and doesn't have time for any of this _. All the while, another employee tries to calm the brunette employee and asks her to cool off in the back room. He comes back to the lobby were i am sitting and asks "would you like to have a 20 oz. soda on the house?" to which I reply i would like to have my pizza's so I can leave. As I am there I watched an employee take a smoke break and return to work without washing their hands, not to mention the drivers immediately returning to work without washing their hand either. Once I see this I try looking for the sanitation score which i never found. I finally received my pizzas and again was asked by the male employee if I would consider a 2 liter coke for my wait, to which i decline. As I was leaving I notice a 13 year old come in to pay for his order only to discover they never fixed the whole order. On top of that the mistake was blamed on the boy, luckily the boys parent came in as I was exiting the building; I can only imagine what happened next. This was such a horrible experience I am not only leaving this lengthy review for others to heed my advice, but i will also call the district manager of the franchise to discuss the unfortunate events of...

I Order from them at 10:20 pm The young lady that took my order name was Amber B She so nice and very proficient when taking my order and gave me varies of options to chose from to fit my late night snack craving ! She makes sure your order is correct before she gets off the phone with you,and when you order arrive which only took 13. Minutes it was very nicely nearly and stack accordingly to wasn't all over the place NO dripping grease and had my deserts bag different from my pizza box ... Amanda B is a great GM FOR THIS STORE!!! The pizza was hot but not too hot where u can enjoy it on it first bite and the common tray was very warm and soft!!!!! Papa John's Is.LUCKY TO HAVE HER SHE IS SO Nice AND CARE ABOUT your order being correct of you go on there please request.Amber B she is the best!!??

Ordered 2 papadias last week. One was great other was to have extra pepperoni, had to dig thru cheese and found half piece of the pepperoni. Called expressed my concern with management. He said he would give us 2 free ones on our next order. I ask if he needed to write my name down , he said no just call and order 2 free ones. Well just called in the guy that answered put me on hold said he called manager which said he did not remember our conversation, so I was offered 1 free one. This will be last time I will give them any business plus the money you give for tip you think is for driver, THE DRIVER DOES NOT GET IT !!!IF IT IS ON A CARD, SO IF YOU ORDER GIVE DRIVER MONEY IN HIS HAND.
