Great hike to Lake Solitude and Paintbrush Divide. Difficult, I did the loop coming up Paintbrush Canyon and over the divide, then down Cascade. Took two days but met a group doing it in one. Loop is 22 miles and 4200 elevation change. Had problems with the bears in June, I would have felt much more comfortable with bear spray. Definitely recommend it when hiking here.
