We recently had the immense pleasure of hosting Private Chef Andrew Blake for a private cooking demonstration in our Jackson Hole home, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment he arrived, Chef Blake exuded professionalism and expertise.

Despite our kitchen being on the smaller side, he navigated the space with remarkable ease and efficiency, making it seem like a gourmet, full-service kitchen. It was truly impressive to watch him work so expertly and professionally in what could have been a challenging environment. He came fully prepared, supplying all the necessary pots, pans, and even the dishes for serving, which was a huge convenience for us.

Chef Blake prepared an incredible menu: a rich and flavorful Mexican tortilla soup, perfectly seared ahi tuna, a refreshing watermelon salad, and an innovative Asian cauliflower dish. Every single dish was an absolute triumph - the quality of the ingredients shone through, and the flavors were simply astounding. It was clear that each component was crafted with passion and precision.

Beyond the delicious food, Chef Blake also offers an extensive list of dishes to choose from, which makes planning future events incredibly exciting. We are already looking forward to having him back for our next gathering or demonstration. Chef Andrew remains at the absolute top of the food chain of chefs worldwide. Andrew prepared an incredibly delicate refined romantic dinner for my wife and I this week that was not only amazingly plated but tasted out of this world. His creative flair still remains without compare. Having relocated to Jackson Hole we are privileged to be able to persuade him to come occasionally cook for us both in South Florida and Aspen as his time permits. We can’t get him to leave Jackson Hole (although we’ve certainly tried) to be closer but are sure privileged to occasionally appreciate this talented chef who remains passionate even with the simplest of dishes. Chef Andrew was exceptional. He prepared top restaurant-quality cooking for a group of 15 of us in Big Sky without any assistants or trouble to the guests. I was beyond impressed by the quality of the food, and the quantity of meals he served up. As soon as everyone got back from the mountain, he had freshly made chips and guac ready along with some of the best salmon burgers I’ve ever had. Then a mere 4 hours later he had a full barbecue set up for all 15 of us, complete with a wide variety of steaks, ribs, burgers, and delicious sides.
