We had Twin Creek mange the install of a new washer/dryer set in our house. Very professional, timely and respectful of our space. What I found incredibly useful was their 'out of the box thinking' when it came to the location and placement of our washer/dryer. They noticed/realized how much more efficient our laundry room would be if the units were stacked, so they reached out with this idea, we approved and they ordered and installed all of the proper parts to make the conversion safe and successful.

I will 100% work with Twin Creek again for any problems I might encounter with current appliances, or for help with new appliances. This company is a great addition...

Our tankless water heater in our yurt had quit working. Travis was recommended by a builder in the valley. He came out soon after being reached and diagnosed the problem. Once the new heater was obtained he removed the old one, installed the new one and we were back in business. It wasn't a simple task and I was shocked that he was able to complete the job so quickly. And working with Twin Creek's website to schedule each site visit was easy....

It took me 3 weeks to even get someone here. Very hard to get ahold of anyone. They don’t answer their phone and do not respond to voicemails. The service was friendly and nice. Was not able to fix washer. I waited for a bill. I called multiple times and left messages to receive my bill. Never herd back. 7 months later they are finally sending me a bill. That is very unprofessional to wait that...
