Nice items, but EXTREMELY overpriced. Literally everything in the store is priced 2 to 10 times sold comps on eBay, in many cases in nicer condition on eBay. Literally nothing in the store is a fair market price. And yes, donât forget the guy following your every step like a horror movie antagonist. Now we all can see whatâs going to happen after the owner reads my review by reading his comments to anyone leaving a negative review⊠âitâs not goodwillâ, âwhy donât you start your own antique storeâ, âyou just want a resale bargainâ âI looked at your other reviewsâ blah blah blah, but thatâs ok. My review is honest and fair, as are the other negative reviews, and the owner knows it. I pulled up in an 80k truck, went inside with a thousand dollars cash, wearing shorts and a GI Joe tshirt. I was promptly followed inside by the guy working there like Iâd just done time for petty larceny. I donât say this to brag, I just want to create a visual to back up the other reviewers who experienced the same treatment. There was literally no reason for the guy to follow me anround. He didnât ask me once if I needed help, just creepily followed me like a weirdo. And since I do resale, I do know that your prices are absurd. I stop into antique stores all the time to find items for my personal toy collection and to support people that enjoy resealing like me, but I will never support stores like this that âembellishâ an items rarity to justify ripping people off. Negative, unintelligent âIâm rubber youâre glueâ...

Edit I was WAITING for the rude reply, I knew it was coming since this owner has a history of being unprofessional to reviews they don't like. I recommend reading them, it was an entertaining half hour for me.
I didn't want to buy a thing, although my brother was interested in a broken McCoy vase that they wanted entirely too much for.
You see, my brother and I have grown up in and continued in the antique business. Any smart businessman worth his salt knows the market fluctuates. They should also know to look up comps for price comparison. This building is apparently also a downsize, which tells me what I already know: Your sales are low. Wanna know why? Your prices.
This store, and others like it are where antiques go to die. Visit in a year and all the same pieces will be there, because instead of listening to the numerous reviews that the prices are too high they will just continue talking down to potential customers. Being greedy is more important than good customer service.
Eventually all of these items will end up in an estate sale; maybe then they will be priced reasonably enough for people to actually...
Read moreThe woman who owns the antique shop isn't always there, but the man who owns and operates the computer repair store & U-Haul rentals is and will gladly show you around.
The shop is set up in an old house, so expect some tight spaces to maneuver. It's not wheelchair accessible.
We found a variety of unique items - from very old memorabilia to modern things still for sale in stores - a typical mix for this kind of store. There were several nice furniture pieces (cupboard, sideboard, bed frame) we would have bought had our truck (and house lol) had room for them.
I noticed several reviews about cameras. There are a LOT of cameras, and yes, the guy will follow you around the store, though mostly to address any questions & to let you know where additional items are (every drawer, cabinet, etc., also has items). Theft is a huge problem for small stores like these, so they have to mitigate it as...
