I will preface this by saying, I have ordered from this store in the past and received very beautiful arrangements. I have done it online and I understand you can't make everything look just like the picture BUT I ordered and arrangement on Valentine's Day (I understand you are busy, I also understand you have many other happy customers on this day) I'm writing this review because of how my situation was handled. My girlfriend recieved the arrangement and it was very poor looking. I asked her to stop it by there and ask them to fix it. She told the girl what happened, stating that I paid 80 bucks for this and this is what I got. The girl got rude and said "Well actually he paid 60, the rest were services and fees, but we'll fix it." So rude girl ACTUALLY I paid 66 for the flowers, 6 for the baloon, and 7 for you to deliver them 2 doors down on the same side of the road. I paid 80 dollars for you services and didn't receive them to my satisfaction. Period. I understand you are busy and possibly stressed out on your busiest day of the year but that is no reason to be rude. I was perfectly content in letting the issue be resolved as I have been a satisfied customer in the past. After reading previous negative reviews, the owner is a little rude in replies that maybe they have a reason too do so , here is my entirely truthful, non rude review. My included pictures are the before and after, which I am happy with by the way.
EDIT: I never spoke with anyone over the phone, not once. Nor did I intend to. So your claim that you talked to me was false. There was nothing after your first attempt that could be done to resolve the issue, hence the reason your phone call was never answered or returned and the review was posted. You were given a chance and it wasn't up to par no matter what you say. Your "upgrade" was also a joke, so don't even try that garbage. The "upgraded" version was not even worth what I paid. She might have told you it was "ok" when she left but she was still very disappointed. You messed up. Learn to deal with your mistakes better and deal with, dont just point fingers and try to make yourself look good. I was trying to be nice but if you want to continue to lie, you just do you and leave me out of it. And your girl WAS rude, also something you can't just cover...
   Read moreGreat quality but donât count on your order to be correct. The website offers stuff that they donât carry. When you add it your cart you think youâre paying for it but it disappears and doesnât charge you. Iâve even ordered and didnt receive everything that I did pay for. The order gets delivered almost at the end of the day. Tried calling to talk to someone and never can get an answer. Very disappointed. 3rd strike and youâre out. Weâll be using someone else for our flower needs in Dublin. I recommend everyone else doing the same. I hear Christyâs and Just Because are great. Guess weâll be giving them our business from now on.
Edit after original posting: If the item was out, then you would also assume that the business would call to notify that it was out. Never received a call or an email. & No refund. Also, the "dozen" roses only came with 11. Guess yall were able to save a bunch of money on flowers by jipping each bouquet...
   Read moreIf you are ordering online from this place you will not get more flowers between the product options (as shown, deluxe, ultimate) it is very misleading. You pay $10 or $20 more for the other options because you see the picture change with the choices that show more flowers. After my girlfriend received the flowers it was the 'As shown' option and not the deluxe option that showed more flowers and $10 more. I spoke with someone at the shop and they said that the different product options just mean more greenery and not more flowers. Well if it does mean more flowers don't have the picture change with the different options. I was not offered a reimbursement or anything just a I will let him know. "Whoever him is". Will not be buying from them again. Oh and they took the bouquet down I ordered before I made the call but couldn't...
