Kwik Stop — Local services in Dubuque

Conerning the JFK kwik stop location...Help is very rude and argumentative. I took in a winning "lucky for life" lottery ticket. The ticket was worth $6 and I wanted two tickets in return...two separate tickets worth $4 in total. I've had several bad experiences with this particular employee with lottery requests so I tried to be as specific as I could this time so as to avoid that. The employee took offense and told me he understood and wasn't "stupid". Then...he got me one ticket for two draws...which was NOT what I asked for. He took offense when I told him he did it wrong and argued with me. He then told me to get the "hell" out of the store. As i turned to leave he then said this is why he hated dubuque. As I walked out he made several more comments that I will be addressing with the corporate...

employee “curt” is very unprofessional. my boyfriend who is 24, went in with a perfectly valid, government-issued Norwegian ID—he is 24 years old—and was immediately dismissed by the employee who refused to believe it was real. Instead of asking questions or checking things properly, he just brushed me off with a bad attitude. also told him to get a valid us id when he is on a college scholarship for a sport; and knows he cannot do that. Not everyone is from the U.S., and an international ID isn't automatically fake. Completely unprofessional and honestly embarrassing for a place that should...

Very poor customer service. I asked for changed and he could have said something like you need to purchase something. I would had been happy to purchase something. The person at the register say to me. I need all the kne, five and 10's I have. I grabbed a bag a chips and said now you will have to give me a $10, $5 and a $1. I have very been at a gas station with this bad of an attitude in my life. Im glad they hire people with such a bad attitude. This happen on August 16th 2020...
