**Pappa Ozz Restaurant Review** Stopped by Pappa Ozz on a Sunday around 2:00 PM for a quick bite. My wife ordered the two eggs with bacon, hashbrowns, and toast. The portion of hashbrowns was very generous, and everything was cooked exactly to her liking. I opted for the Reuben sandwich, which was cooked perfectly and loaded with sauerkraut, just the way I like it. The onion rings were a bit greasy, but they had a great flavor, so it didn't bother me much. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and we definitely plan to visit again.

Stopped to grab a quick lunch, had no idea it was a full restaurant l. I was expecting gas station food and was surprised to see a very full diner. Went up and ordered a pork tenderloin sandwich after a recommendation from the staff and motz sticks. Food came out in about 10 minutes and was super good. Wait staff was awesome. They also serve breakfast all day amd it looked and smelled great. I will be bring my family back for breakfast!

Finally got to try it out. Always love the point café. Had a great giros today And nice fries. Interested down the road and trying to roast beef. Staff was friendly and attentive decent room inside for eating plus the drive-through and the delivery. We definitely will be back

The place is not my favorite by far and 4 good reasons. Got there at 1120am. Lots of people there. They had 2 bus 4 tables and then they sat us down. I literally watched as table after table was wiped down. Absolutely NOTHING on the table was moved and wiped under. The crap on the table pretty much fell 7 the chairs and were subsequently NOT cleaned off. All they really did was swipe the cleaning rag around in a circle and call it a day. We were sat at a table for 4. I REALLY do not see how they could expect 4 adults w ever sit there with their drinks, plates, Silverware and food. We were just 3 and we were constantly bumping elbows, elbowing each other, drinking the wrong pop, using the wrong Napkins. It was a cluster #uck all the way thru our meal. Then we were sat by the divider by the pop machine that separates the 2 dining areas. My GOOD GOD, the filth, dust & dead bugs there was atrociously plentiful and beyond disgusting. I was appalled. Ordered our food. Got our Silverware out. Dirty fork and spoon. I wanted an omlette. But I'm not a sausage person, their bacon is much too hickory smoked 4 my taste, plus it will then give me horrendous heart burn, as does the green pepper. So I asked for those THREE ingredients 2 B left out and then asked if I could possibly have just ham in my omlette for my meat and in place of the 3 ingredients. Sure...for $2 EXTRA!! WTSERIOUSF?? I'm saving U time, trouble and $$ by eliminating 3 ingredients. I ask 4 ham 2 B added in place of the 3, and U actually want 2 charge me MORE $$$?! That just isn't right. Along with my omlette I got sour dough toast. There was little 2 no butter on it. So I wanted 2 add some. There was 1 pat of wrapped butter in our dish. Had 2 flag our waitress down for additional butter pats. Then my toast was not even done. Barely golden brown, absolutely very little color. Bit in to it. Cold and extremely under toasted. No crunch factor at all. Still had that bread consistency and taste. My son's French fried got forgotten about. Had 2 flag our waitress again 2 get his fries. Then...no Ketchup, the bottle was empty. Yet again with the waitress. Then I wanted strawberry jam for my toast. Empty...no strawberry jam 2 B had. By this time I literally didn't give 2 rat's asses if we ever saw our waitress again. So I bit the bullet and used Blackberry jelly instead. Both my son's and my husband's bacon was over cooked 2 the actual point of being beyond burnt. They were borderline BLACK!! My son took a piece off of his cheeseburger and dropped it on to the table top. It completely SHATTERED!! Extremely horrid meal. Then got home about 3 hours later. All I did after being home for 45 minutes is throw their food up. I felt and was absolutely great and fine prior 2 eating. I just think that their food is much 2 greasy....

I do my best to support local but sometimes it just comes up short. This is my first time trying Papa Ozz and sadly I’m not sure I’ll will try again. I was adequately pleased with the Rueben (have had worse, but most definitely have had better.) Unfortunately, the chicken fingers we had gotten were terrible, taste like they were sitting at a bottom of a freezer for a year or two and they weren’t chicken fingers but instead chicken fries. The kids meal (chicken fingers) was supposed to come with a drink and an ice cream cone according to their menu outside but wasn’t even asked. I could’ve gotten a better deal at BK with fries that were of much better quality. Was charged more than what she had said over the intercom but I assume that’s because I used a card, however it wasn’t posted anywhere that customers would be charged more for using cards. Not that I really care but it’s the principle of the matter and it’s fair for the customers to be aware. If they preferred cash I would’ve happily obliged. I have no problem supporting local and even paying more but the quality should be there. Very disappointing considering all the hype we’ve heard from many people. Maybe with all the craziness going on in the world we just missed them in...

Been through drive-through 3 times. Had spaghetti, biscuits and gravy, and grilled cheese kids meal with a salad. FOOD (except biscuit w/ gravy and hashbrowns) was QUITE GOOD and portions generous! Wait time is looong! They charge a fee for using a credit card and just add it without saying anything. The drive through menu says kids meal comes with an ice cream. It does not. They really need to correct the menu to reflect that. My salad didn't have dressing so I went back to ask for it. They told me to come through again and it took 20 minutes to get the dressing from them that they forgot. The first server was new and very nice. But the lady training her seemed angry. Mistakes happen. I would go again when not in a hurry and try other things. I don't mind paying the full price that's honestly listed or waiting for something good. But I don't like the feeling I get from hidden fees and the misrepresented menu, and I really didn't like having a second full wait for the thing they forgot in the first place, while customers that were in line after me waited on their own orders. I was going to give 4 stars, but while waiting so long for the thing they forgot, I...
