Remote Start and Stereo — Local services in Dubuque

I live 60 miles away and had an appointment scheduled weeks in advance for a remote start installation. Called the day before to confirm appoint was still scheduled. Was told again to have my vehicle there at 9am and it would be done by 5pm.

Arrived at 8:40 and the place wasn't open till 9:00. Was the first of many customers in the door and turned over my keys and gave my contact info to the guy.

At 1pm.... i drove past and my car hadn't moved! Why was I told 9am appointment if my car wasn't going to be touched until after lunch?

Finally at 3pm I got a call...they wanted me to know that they were just going to getting started on my vehicle (6 hours past my appointment time) and that there was a possibility it might not be done right at 5.

Fast forward to 4:15... I get a call again. This time i was asked if I was able to leave my vehicle overnight.. or if i wanted them to get it done yet tonight but it might not be till 7pm!!! 60 miles from home with a buddy and day wasted I told them i wanted it done.....

At 5:45 i get a call that it would be done in 15-20 minutes.. Get there to see a bill for the full amount (ok sure it is what it is but really can even give a slight discount on device they made $200+ on to install???)

Next day test the panic alarm...no horn just lights...call and was told that its not an option with...

My remote start on my car would start and then shut off.....start and shut off again. I called "Remote Start & Stereo" owner said come on over. All it was....my remote needed a reset. Less then 5 minutes Chris had her working perfect again!!! Ohhhhh why did I wait so long to call, those mornings were chilly!!! A simple reset and I was out the door but wait.....there's more..... Remote Start & Stereo now makes these cute little tags - like dog tags. So of course I had to get my little pup a tag with her name and phone number on it! I found my pup her Christmas present at Remote Start & Stereo! Thank you Remote Start & Stereo I really appreciated your time and help today. Tomorrow morning my car will be toasty warm to go to...

Remarkable service at a very reasonable price. About 8 at night, I came across their website, that said I could text. So I texted, to ask if they could get a key and fob cut for my Silverado. I was expecting to hear back tomorrow. But almost immediately, I got a response. He was very polite. We talked through what I needed, and the price was EXTREMELY reasonable!!!, to cut and program 3 keys, and program 3 fobs. Fantastic service. Would contact them back in a heartbeat. ...
