Drove 3 hours to play a certain 5 pinball machines. My #1 Black knight was broken, #2 Twilight Zone, no longer there, an extremely popular machine, and while I was playing another machine someone walked by me and said "where's twilight zone? I said it's not here. Eight ball deluxe, not here. Pinbot and bride of pinbot we're so out of level (leaning right or left) that they were unplayable. Took a 5 second vid of the ball resting in the middle of the flipper because It leaned so hard right it was ridiculous. I actually plugged in a power strip that wasn't working (because of a dead outlet) into a different outlet and Bam 5 machines turned on. This place needs management. I guess if I want to actually enjoy these machines I need to come RIGHT before a pinball tournament when hopefully they are leveled. I played about 25 pinball machines, and I think three were actually level. Common tactic to milk money from tourists, because this is a tourist trap. It so sad that people care so much about money instead of doing what's right. But hey, it gets...

I had my grand daughters birthday party here today. First and the only thing good was the price was great and the children had fun. The pizza was alright and acceptable for the price i paid. The staff did not seem like they wanted us there. While our pizza was done. One staff member was eating chicken wings and finished them before giving our pizza to us.we asked another staff member if we can use the trash can and the response was" i guess so". Not once did they come over to see how everything was or even say happy birthday to my grand daughter... But they did however make sure they told us about 7 times that we had to be out of the area by 2pm. We did not feel welcomed at all !!!!! My grand daughters friends mother even said they were and are rude. Customer service is above is the most important thing. Get new staff and this place would ne great. I had enough money to leave a tip bit opted not to since noone came over, said hello, said jappy birthday or even helped...

Not a friendly environment. They only got a star because I had to give one. But the young lady at the front was kinda nice and the young male was nice. But let’s talk about the old lady who is the “manager” I went to this establishment tonight to play some games to get my cousin a toy. At 8 o’clock there was multiple people playing games but the old lady told only us we needed to leave by 830. I checked the website and they closed at 9 but I ignored it and kept playing. 815 hits and she looks at me and says the games stop at 830. We walked to the back to play the jackpot so we can get fast tickets and noticed there was at least 4 to 5 people in the place that this lady did not speak to. Worst experience I have ever had in here. I use to love playing games with my cousin but this old lady made me rethink coming to this...
