Subway — Restaurant in North Carolina

This is like a ghost town subway. My son and I went through drive through to order 2 basic subs. Couldn't hear or understand guy worker. Charged 16$ for 2 teeny tiny subs. I WISH I would have photographed these things! Bread wasn't toasted- more like dough lumps. No lettuce on the turkey which was for my son but because of his sweet nature he ate it anyway. With a look of disgust. There are signs on windows that they do not take coupons due to high food and employee costs. Well- maybe rethink that business plan. Because the subs were terrible! Subway in grandy was awful. Ignored when I 1st walked in. Then lady fixed my meatball one half sub and toasted. Our olives ans peppers in it. She wrapped and put in bag takeout. Gor hone and sandwich was smashed. Only 4 meatballs and barely any cheese. I got gipped. Have always gotten good subs here. Not anymore. Bread was toasted so hard on ends I couldn't chew it. Total waste of 6ish dollars. Won't go there again. Poor service and crappt food andservice. The workers represent subway. Not at this location. Very disappointed. Wonder if anyone else had...

This Subway location is getting ridiculous and I'm done with this one. The staff argue with you over coupons when I know it's because they don't want to take them. Not to mention, they charge more at this location than any other franchise near us. This place is getting rundown....floor tiles are breaking up by the drink machine and the flooring is so uneven it looks questionable. They never have any spenda/sugar/sweetener for the unsweetened tea. Just stopped asking! I wish someone would buy this place and put some money back into it. Good luck...
