Oliver Bridge — Local services in Duluth

Its been a while since I crossed here My friend had a place on MN side near here in 94 and I would cross to get beer after 10pm or on Sundays I guess it was technically a 2 lane bridge but ?? I only met a oncoming car once on return trip they were probably on same mission. and we didn't meet on bridge since I was closest to my side (WI) I backed up to let them cross 1st. it was a trip crossing here and the little bar on WI side was pretty cool I never had the pleasure of using it when a train was crossing overhead (if they still did) it was a little creepy a bridge that felt like a tunnel.
