Best Nail — Local services in Dumont

Has really gone down since I started coming here in ‘22. As I write this it is 3:22 pm and I was promised a 3:15 pm appt for a pedicure. As I still wait, a man walked in with no appointment (he said as much) and it currently getting a pedicure done. This will be my last time coming here. The previous time, the women were incredibly cold and when I pulled out my loyalty card acted surprised and that’s when they tried to be nice but it was too late. Save your money and go elsewhere don’t wait until it’s you they end up treating wrong.

A non-appointment man was serviced before myself with no real reason given, defeating the entire purpose of a reservation/appointment. I have given this place a few tries. They are on the pricey side but the space is clean, and the staff is friendly and it is easy to get an appointment.

The reason I am giving a 3 star review is that each time I have gone my almost 40 dollar gel manicure chips within the first week. I'm sure they would fix it if I went back but this problem shouldn't be happening in the first place. I will now start to look for a new nail place.
