I have purchased many vehicles online, from the east to west coast and Michigan to Houston. Most were good deals and a couple not so good. With that said I am always a bit skeptical about purchasing an expensive vehicle with only pictures and the seller to get the best description from. I have to say I had a great experience with this establishment. I messaged Donny Laferr about a Navigator they had for sale, and he got back to me right away even though it was after hours. I called him the next day and asked him numerous questions about said vehicle, does this work or that work, any dents or scratchs? We went back and forth all day with me asking more questions and for more photos and Donny was on it. I was shopping for just the right Navigator and had been blown off by salesmen saying I'll get that back to you in 15 minutes then it would be hours later, or the next day before they got back to me. Not Donny, he did what he said he would do and answered everything I wanted without question. I told Donny I was having a hard time trying to figure out a way to get from Kansas to Duncan as I am a caretaker for my wife. He said give him a few minutes and he'd call me back. He called right back and offered to deliver the Lincoln to me for free. Thats attention beyond expectations. I asked him if this was a vehicle he would sell to his mother and he said it was, that he loved his mother very much and that this vehicle was one of the nicest he had seen. Man was he right on. They had my purchase to me in days. Best part was they drove it up, so that told me they were confidant in it. The man driving the Navigator and had the paperwork was friendly and did not rush me when I started looking it over. He showed me how some of the functions worked and was very knowledgeable about the truck. People, I was like a kid with a new puppy. You get the picture. The vehicle was perfect. Ok. With all that said. Donny Laferr is possibly the hardest working, most honest salesperson out I have ever worked with, and Billingsly Ford is lucky to have him. Billingsly is as far as I am concerned, an honest upstanding dealership that goes beyond to make you happy with your purchase. I got more than I expected when I had time to look it over and I...
Read moreStay away from the service department! It started with me driving 30 miles for an oil change without an appointment, they couldn't help me till later in the day (that was my risk, no problem)......i was not greeted but there was an older man in the bay that i had to explain what i wanted like i had pulled into his garage at his home, it was uncomfortable....i followed him to a computer and i asked for an appointment for the following weekend, he looked at me like i was a total nuisance he asked for my first name and typed something 8am the next Saturday he said,, i thought to myself "i don't work here but just a first name for an appointment?"(sure enough they had no record when i showed up the next weekend). Fast forward to my appointment the next Saturday.....i pull in, i see 2 or 3 people standing behind computers in the office, glass wall they could not miss a car pull up 8 feet from them.....again nobody comes out ( let me clarify, i was there for a service not to get my behind kissed, if they were competent and took care of my car i would not have given it a second though even if they were rude or the customer service was bad, heck i would have even gone back BUT the first visit and the start of this one was indicative of...something else. So i go in check in and go into the waiting room...i could still see my car and it was 10 minutes before the admin guy goes out to it, 15 minutes later (in this time i overheard the employees complain about work and remark " oh god its a truck" when a guy pulled up in his truck that had an oil leak, he was told to come back in a week)......ok so someone finally gets in my car and proceeds to adjust the heck out of my seats for a few minutes like he was going on a cross country drive....then he starts the car it jerks forward and stalls......he starts it again and jerk and stall...i had enough, i went out told him to get out of my...
Read moreI myself and my entire family have been doing business with Ford in general and Billingsley for a long time. To the point that we have had 3 Ford trucks, a explorer, a Taurus, 4 Mustangs, and a Ford Edge. With that being said I get my 2012 Mustang 5.0 serviced at Billingsley on a regular basis. Everyone that knows me knows my car is my baby. The other day coming home from work I noticed my car making a knocking sound, i checked the oil and it is very low. Now mind u I have no leaks, there is no oil on the ground where I park, no oil on the bottom of the car. I take my car to get the oil change done and to figure out why my car has lost some power. After running a diagnosis on the car they tell me my car was 4 and a half quarts low on oil this is after I put 2 quarts in the night before, so basically my car only had a quart and half in it while i was running my car. My car has no leaks, no oil on the engine anywhere, no oil underneath the car, check engine light never came on, the car never overheated, the oil pressure gauge never changed, and the car didn't start knocking until the night before I took it in. So tell me plz how a car that has never had this issue all of a sudden does? I will tell u how, 3 months ago when I got my oil changed someone drained it out and didn't put the oil back in! I am now being told that I just need to trade my car in or pay 7000 for a new motor. The customer service at this dealership is not good at all and they are not friendly at all. Now I have no car, so I am in the process of getting a real mechanic to look at the car so that I can prove that it was their fault my engine is toast. Once I get this back I already have 2 attorneys wanting to take this on for me. Justice will prevail, and I'm sure I will not get a response from the dealership about this issue. Sad when my family has bought and been loyal...
