
Beware all current customer, and potentially new customers. This salon is managed by people who don’t care about their customers, and apparently thrive off of ripping them off — specifically Joanna and Oscar, not their employees. A friend of mine works here, and we (my family and I) have only trusted her to do our eyebrows and eyelashes for as long as I can remember. So, even though they’re an hour away, we decided to follow her and continue giving her our business.
Attempting to be as short as I can, my mother and I chose to purchase for each other eyebrow micro-blading as it’s something that is way above our normal allotted budget to spend on ourselves, and thought it would be lovely as a Christmas gift. My mother paid for her portion via messenger, and NEVER ONCE was told this was non-refundable, nor was she or I EVER told there was a second session fee. This salon’s pricing is already high compared to a lot of the facilities I have visited and researched, and I usually pay the difference because again, my friend is amazing at what she does. However, with the first session being already $400, neither my mom or I could validate the additional $125 they wanted to charge us for the second session – which is free every single other salon I have seen. Which by the way I was never trying to degrade their business, until now!! This wasn’t going to be a negative review, submitting complaints situation… we just wanted our money back so we could go to another place that is charging us $300 out the door…. I thought that was our right. However, Oscar is now lying stating we made appointments and did no call no shows, and stating we have to take him to court. What kind of business owner conducts himself this way?
I called and gave them payment over the phone… mine somehow was refundable, but they’re refusing to give my mom her $250.00 back so we can go to another salon that is more reasonably priced, and honest. We were not informed that my mom’s money was non-refundable, or about the second session fee until I called and spoke with the owner’s husband, Oscar, and specifically asked him at that point if we could get all of our money back once he disclosed the second session cost. Facebook has a list of their services but DOES NOT list the second session cost. You have to go to their direct page to see the second session. I’m sorry, but we should not be forced to give them our business. Who fights a client over refunding them their money?? They won’t lose a single dime but refuse to see reason so now I am being forced to submit complaints and will be taking them to court. Oscar states that we’re bullies for asking for our money back…. I feel that HE is a bully for refusing to give back...

I originally scheduled my appointment for a different day, but they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and got me in sooner. I came in for a consultation on extensions, and because they had the hair in stock, I was able to get the full treatment done the same day!
Joanna, Oscar, and Taylor were all hands-on and absolutely amazing. I was determined to get my tape-ins removed and switch to K-tip extensions. They took the time to educate me on the different types of extensions and helped me figure out the best solution for my hair type and lifestyle. We ended up doing a mix of wefts and K-tips, even blending extension colors to give my hair more dimension.
Oscar and Taylor teamed up to remove my tape-ins—which was no easy task—and made the process feel effortless. Taylor also colored my hair and was so sweet and easy to talk to. Oscar was constantly helping, jumping in wherever needed. Joanna had a full game plan and executed it flawlessly. She immediately identified my problem areas without me even having to say a word. Her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction was unmatched.
This isn’t just your average hair salon—it’s a specialty studio, and that makes all the difference. They truly understand hair on an expert level. Read morePRICE NOT AS QUOTED, AND HAIR UNEVEN!!!! Need I say more, probably not, but I'm going to. So they quoted me 1 price and charged me another. Andi has an attitude and does not have a clue what she's doing. When she washed my hair the top and sides weren't even wet. This is what they call their "clarifying " treatment. Andi was more worried about breaking one of her long nails. Then when she was blow drying my hair she stopped, shut off the dryer, and walked around in a circle 9 times. Yes I counted!!! I finally asked her, "What are you doing?"Believe it or not she looked at me like I was crazy. They do not style your hair at the end. She simply pulled my hair out of a clip and let me walk out of there with clip marks on my hair. I was so aggravated 3 hours later that I just left. When I got home I noticed how terribly uneven hair was. I called Oscar the coward , oh I mean the manager to tell him how unhappy I was he told me to call him back to set up a time to fix it. I did, and he had the her girls tell me he wasn't there....COWARD!!! You run an overpriced, snotty, cowardly business. You'd think by the name Hair/Lash Exstensions place they'd be able to get that right seeing is "That's all we do." Another nice quote from Andi. I should've run when she said that!!!
