Absolutely the best! I have never been in a cleaner gym, even my daughter noticed the first time she walked in. The equipment is well maintained and any issues are noticed and fixed right away because the owners are actually in the gym and using the equipment. In addition to a basic membership there are personal training sessions, accountability, classes, tanning, etc. available. These people know their stuff! The proof is in the results they get with their members and clients. They will push you and give you all the tools while making sure you are in charge of your journey and not having to rely on them. I have been an active member for a year and absolutely love this fitness center. They offer so much including nutrition counseling, personal training, accountability, and most recently have added amazing fitness classes. The equipment is kept in top working condition and the facility is always very clean. The owners are highly trained and experienced fitness experts who understand all levels of fitness. HANDS DOWN best gym I have ever entered into… from the owners ..the other gym members who are all so friendly and helpful… the GYM just has a ENERGY AND GOOD VIBE …it’s a small town gym with that small town vibe …always CLEAN… of course 24/7 access is GREAT… I’ve honestly made some GREAT FRIENDS just in the short time I have been a member ….
