Having been raised in Indiana, Pizza King in general is a favorite amongst the whole family. The food at the Dunkirk Pizza King is not neccessarily bad, it is the service that is lacking. In 10 years of ordering pick-up/delivary and the occasional dine-in experience I am sure I would be estimating in favor of the restraunt if I said they may have gotten my order right 5 times. They always find a way to mess up something, no lettuce DOES NOT MEAN no tomato.... Unfortunately the problem does not stop there they are constantly changing management and it seems as if the portions continue to become skimpier as the prices soar above many steakhouses. Since they never asked if cash or charge my son and cousin went to the restaurant about an hour later with no delivery yet to go ahead and pay for it by card. The person in front said oh sorry it was just sent out. But they got home and 15 minutes later called the restaurant since still no pizza delivered. They again said it just left. While on the phone with them it was delivered. The large pizza was warm and the 2 personal pizzas were barely warm and the personal that was pepperoni had maybe a tiny sprinkle of pepperoni on it.    Read moreThe female manager was so hateful rude as hell when they closed at 11pm and we walked in at 10:25pm to place an order and stated you all can't stay here to eat cause I lock the doors at 11pm it's corporate's policy. I would think if a paying customer is bringing your small town business some money which in turns pays your paycheck she would have been nicer and stayed open later since the Carnival was in town.. this manager needs to be taught customer service and how to talk to her employees...
