I almost didn't buy a mattress (and foundation) here, should've walk away. Showed up with cash in had and asked to see something I could take same day, they showed me, I liked, I paid, went to pick up... sorry we don't have it and will call you in a few days. Walked back to the store asked my money back and they were like oh yeah we do have it. took about 6 hours to get my mattress.
About 2 months later noticed the mattress sagging in the center, if I sleep at the edge would roll to the center of the bed, decided to give it some more time until I could not deal with it anymore. Called for warranty, took weeks to get a new one, they damaged a wall while delivering (I didn't notice until they left), but at lest we had a new one.
A few months later noticed the mattress was leaning where you usually put your head, my fix was rotating the mattress 180 degrees every week until I got tire and called warranty, they said go to the store to choose a different one.
I went to this same store and they didn't really want to help, I explained that this would be our 3rd mattress, the lady said and quote "you should spend more money on a good quality mattress", makes me think for $1300 there are absolutely no good mattress at this store. As of today at their website the lowest price for a mattress is $297, what do you get for that? A potato bag with used sheets? Anyways, they charged me for delivery (because why not?) and I even offer to put the mattress on the back of my truck but no, they refused.
Well, few months now and guess what? new mattress is leaning AGAIN.

We waited over two months for our electronic couch to arrive. When it finally did, it was missing the electrical cords needed for it to function. The next delivery for those parts was scheduled another month out, which was extremely frustrating, especially since we had asked all the right questions before purchasing to avoid this exact situation. It was clear that product knowledge needs improvement.
Fast forward three months: the final part was scheduled for delivery on a date and time we had already communicated would not work. We offered to pick up the item ourselves but were told we could not. We then asked for a rescheduled delivery, and were told that wasn’t guaranteed and could take weeks. When we again asked to pick it up, we were told we’d have to wait until it was “released” after a “refusal of delivery.”
Are you kidding me? We didn’t “refuse” delivery we simply couldn’t accept it at a time we’d already said didn’t work. To make things worse, when I called to clarify, the representative was rude and dismissive, saying, “You can’t pick it up at a showroom.” Of course not, I bought it from the distribution warehouse center, which is where I was requesting to pick it up because I live nearby.
Overall, this experience has been a complete nightmare of miscommunication and poor customer care. The in-store staff and tech team deserve credit and a 5 star review, but corporate customer service makes it impossible to recommend this company. Unfortunately, they seem to act like a monopoly,...
Read moreTHANK YOU TABITHA for an amazing furniture shopping experience...and I've not even made my purchase yet (by next week for sure). When I walked into the Dunn, NC RTG showroom, I was greeted by a really nice, behind a mask "smize". I had my eyes on 2 Cindy Crawford sectionals, the Sheridan & Metropolis. Once in the showroom I noticed several shortcomings of Sheridan (pretty bummed). Tabitha & I discussed some of the great qualities of that piece, as well as the shortcomings that I pointed out. We both agreed the Sheridan wasn't for me, so we moved on to the Metropolis. The available colors of that piece weren't preferred, but I knew I could make it work. I also had concerns about the cushion tufts, UNTIL Tabitha removed the covering from one of the cushions, showed me how it was made, discussed the density of the cushions & put me at ease! We had candid discussions regarding the extended warranties, the return policy & the 30-day price match policy. She even brought over 2 managers (I think) to verify what we had discussed, then asked me if I felt reassured. I said nah, because I read all of that prior to coming to the showroom AND I trusted her & her knowledge base. Tabitha is courteous, funny, patient, not at all pushy (thank goodness) and KNOWS HER MERCH!!! One of the many traits I appreciate about Tabitha is that she really listens! Oh wait, did I mention she knows her merch?!?
Will I seek Tabitha for future furniture needs? Will I refer Tabitha to my family & friends? AbsoFreakinLutely!!!
