Dollar General — Local services in Dupo

The employee of the name “Angie” (Skinny Short Blond Front Missing Teeth) is rude & does not like people of color. She makes smart remarks & accuse pple of stealing. Whole time we were in line when she thought we left the store after using self check out. We went to get a price check & got back in line. She told another customer “Those type of pple think they’re done at self check out & it’s more to do” & she mumbled “Black People” & shook her head. Once we became next in line.. we skipped self check out & went directly to her. She was shook because she’d thought we left. Her tone & demeanor changed instantly. I told her respectfully we’d heard everything she’d said. Long story short she kept apologizing. She knew she was guilty. I come to this store a lot. I reside in this area. I haven’t had any problems in this area other than at this Doller General. This is my 2nd incident with this employee. I’ve spoke with the District Manager “Mel”, she is very transparent & understanding. I will continue to shop here. But they need to...

Shop there quite often yet they were going through a renovation today and were closed. I walked through the OPEN doors without noticing the store were closed and was told they would be open Thursday - fair enough.
