I was told that there was a 6-8 week waiting period for service and that it was first come 1st serve. I dropped my boat off and talked with them in July of 2023, it is now March of 2024 and they have never contacted me. I have reached out multiple times and never gotten a return call. Absolute garbage customer service and obviously giant waste of time. I have lost months of use. Don't go to this business if you ever want to use your boat...

I drove over 150 miles to be sold a LEMON. They posted online that there was nothing wrong with the boat, other than a few nicks in the fiberglass. They said that the motor ran good and had no issues. If I had known that they were lying, I never would have bought the boat. I have already paid over $1,500 on the motor and it's still not fixed. So I don't think that if I was looking to buy a boat. I would not go to the Dupo Marine...
