My rating is not for my experience with the delivery of my package. If I were rating that experience they would receive a ( - 5 stars )
My 5 start rating is for the young lady, (her first name is Mahogany), who was the manager on shift when I drove to the Durham NC location. I could literally write a book on how incompetent the driver was that failed to deliver my package.
So again, this 5 star rating is for Mahogany., the manager.
I took the chance of driving to Durham after being unable to focus at work due to my extremely frustrating experience with the delivery service I receive the day prior. Yes, that is correct, the frustration carried over to the following day.
After arriving at the location I was able to speak with Mahogany who patiently listened to my concern and disappointment.
Mahogany invited me into an area of the warehouse which I'm certain was not standard protocol, while she personally searched the warehouse for my package. She informed me that my package was once again out for delivery which was not conducive to my schedule and would result in another missed day of receiving it.
Mahogany made a few calls while I stood there and after her third attempt in resolving my issue she was able to personally hand me my package.
I'm a military guy and our culture and mindset is "Leaders Make *ish Happen"

I was so appreciative and literally want to give her a hug for going above and beyond in helping me. This level of customer service is unfortunately rare especially from someone of her age / generation.
She assured me that she was working hard to improve the service provided by the company and I truly believe she is.
If anyone that's at the higher leadership level for the Lasership / On Trac Company should read this review. PLEASE acknowledge this young lady's commitment to customer service and efforts in making Lasership / OnTrac competitive with FedEx, UPS, and successful.

I work in an apartment community with no package lockers; packages are supposed to be dropped off at the residents front door. LaserShip and I have had many conversations regarding the drop off procedures and how neglecting the procedures negatively impacts my residents. I call them almost every other week, along with the residents in our community, to complain. Today was the worst of it. A young lady walked to my leasing office front door, threw the packages on the wet ground, and left. I walked outside and asked her to take the packages to the residents door and politely offered to help her navigate through the community. I even told her each package is set to go to the ground floor so no stairs were involved in this delivery. The young lady said "hold on", walked to her car, got inside, sped out of the parking lot and out of the community. I am appalled. Many major companies are making the switch to LaserShip due to the affordability of it, but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for" and this company is surely at the bottom of the totem pole. In my 4-5 years of working in property management, LaserShip is the worst delivery company there is. I would never willingly choose LaserShip to deliver even the most meaningless package due to my distain for them. How many times do I have to be the voice for my residents? How many times do I have to call, stay on hold for 30+ minutes, and beg LaserShip to do their job? One time? two times? six? nine? 15 times?! Shame on you! You are trusted with packages that belong to people. ACTUAL PEOPLE! And they are treated so poorly. Read moreAbsolutely the WORST shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. My package was supposed to be delivered on June 7th, laser ship said June 3rd. June 3rd comes around and the delivery was “attempted”. Yet no one came (I have cameras) and they immediately took my package to a different facility. I reach out and was told my delivery was attempted but delivery driver “couldn’t find my address”. Like I get it’s a new development but you can map it and it comes up. I don’t understand why every carrier from fedex to usps to Amazon to ups can deliver to my address, but laser ship “can’t find me”. I’ve made so many claims, they tell me wait 72 hours. I wait, then they tell me to reach out to whom I ordered from (fashion nova, which has never used this company before) I reach out to them, they tell me laser ship hasn’t said anything is the problem. But CLEARLY THERES A PROBLEM!!! I cannot even begin to describe how frustrating this is, I’ve given step by step instructions and yet somehow my package has been sitting in there facility for a whole week. Now I’m reading reviews on how they cut into peoples packages and steal peoples stuff. Like what shipping company lets MULTIPLE PEOPLES ORDERS GET STOLEN and not resolve the issues. Clearly Laser Ship has petty thieves working for them if not the company themselves. I would not be surprised if the company was in on it to make a bigger profit, especially since a lot of the thefts have been clothes and Nike shoes. STAY CLEAR FROM LASER SHIP!!!
