Complete and total B.S. I was parked there for no more then 20 min to go to my girlfriends dorm, she was with me. My girlfriend just had surgery so she cant walk very far so we parked close to the dorm so we could get some money so we could go eat at The Works. We come back go eat then go to the Dump (a convenient store next to The Works), go back to get in the car to leave and LOOK AT THAT It was towed! Now we talked to the "scout", the person that was pretty much stalking people getting out of their cars to see if they just left their car there and he saw us, and asked if we he towed us and he said "yes, I saw you get out of the car and walk across the street". I'm assuming he called right away not giving us more then 1 min after leaving our car there because after we got some money we went right to The Works Cafe to eat, we were there for maybe a hour and a half. Now I understand that there is a big sign saying that the parking lot is for customers for the shops in the plaza, which we were, but i don't think its right for Dan Sheehan to have someone looking for people to tow. My girlfriends mom called him and said that he is the rudest person that she has ever talked to, I have called called and talked to him and i can second that he is not the nicest person that I have ever talked, he honestly didn't seem to give two shits about the situation, all he could do is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThese people run a scam and they partner up with this sketchy towing business, and I will explain what it is at the end of this review. Even though I parked my car and used three different stores at this plaza and only this plaza, I still found a boot on the car when I came back. I had no time to deal with this so I took a cab to go to an appointment. When I came back the car had been towed. Talking to the rude scout didn't help. I went to his boss Dan at Sheehan Real Estate agency in the back of the plaza and he was very rude, insulted me and kicked me out of the office. I ended up paying $200 to get back my car from the towing place. It is obvious that these people partner up with the towing place to take your car immediately and force you to pay the fee. It's been 5 months that I haven't stepped a foot in that plaza and I am boycotting all the businesses there until they force these scammers to quit their...

This day, we were able to pick up a script, some cleaning stuff, and excellent Aisan food to go. The little seating area outside Hannaford was buzzing with youthful energy, workers on break, and area residents like us.
With an ADA renovation to abutments walkway & ramp, maybe another such access point, and a greener full season gathering area? This plaza could become as big a draw as Main St itself.
But even now, the two buildings w/ current tenants only 5 minutes from downtown are one of our most...
