We had Didem cater our small office gathering poolside at my in laws home and I am so extremely happy that we did. She made the menu choice extremely easy even though we had many different dietary needs (children, vegan, gluten free, low sugar). We had 1 phone call and exchanged 1 email, that’s it. I absolutely love that.

No issues and she even sent me a reminder the day before and confirmed everything again for me.

She arrived early and set everything up, there were passed appetizers and her assistant was not only super efficient she was also extremely sweet reminding me to eat and to RELAX. She cleaned up everything as the party progressed and set up the buffet lunch beautifully.

Didem outdid herself with presentation and flavor. EVERYTHING was delicious (and I’m very picky) guests raved about it and asked me to drop them some leftovers. I’ve done plenty of parties before where even if service was great, the flavors lacked, or the menu didn’t work. This was just downright perfect. When the party got a bit much for me she wasn’t bothered by me staying in the kitchen and hiding from the crowd.

The ingredients were farm fresh and above and beyond good, Didem and her assistant wonderful and kind, they cleaned up the place even better than it was before they arrived. I would never use anyone else BUT her moving forward. Thank you for making the entire process from beginning to end so incredibly easy for me ❤️

My husband and I had the pleasure of having Didem come to our home and prepare an amazing meal for us and 7 friends to help celebrate my 40th birthday. This was our first time working with a private chef and Didem could not have made the process more easy. She proposed a custom family-style menu, which included 9 dishes plus dessert, and was more than willing to work with us and accommodate our requests. Didem was also incredibly responsive and made sure to touch base with us a couple days before our event. The evening of our meal, Didem and her colleague arrived fully prepared and set straight to work. The food itself was fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. As we were enjoying our meal, Didem and her colleague made sure to refresh our drinks, clear the table and wash all the dishes as well as tidy up the kitchen. We hired Tasteful Sini / Chef Didem to prepare and serve a multi-course family-style dinner at a private party. First and most importantly, the food was incredible! We let Chef Didem know of several allergies / restrictions and she proposed a creative, seasonal, beautifully presented menu that everyone raved about and that accommodated our restrictions. She was also a delight to work with from start to finish: extremely responsive to emails; flexible with various changes we requested prior to the event; charming and efficient at the party itself.
