Very good people here. You can't find a better store around. I only give it a 4 as they are not a huge store, so they do not have all the stuff like you would expect in a Lowes or Home Depot. As far as prices go they are very competitive with the big stores and generally beat the big store prices. If they have what I need, I generally buy from them rather than going to the bigger stores, but there are those items I can't get that take me to the big stores and generally that only happens occasionally, as they will order what you need if you can...
