In April of 2024, I purchased a pre owned Frontier TD3418 hay tedder over the phone (700 Miles away) looking at the pictures on their website. It was advertised as a 2021 year model, and was told that it was in good condition and field ready. I Failed at that time to run the serial number provided. Upon delivery, I could see that it definitely was not field ready, and was missing some parts. I ran the serial number at my local John Deere dealer while purchasing parts to make this machine field ready. This Tedder I purchased is actually a 2014 year model. (A well used, very experienced machine.) I purchased $552 just in parts to fix it. Over the next 8 months and multiple phone calls to them trying to come up with some sort of solution, all I get is "we will call you back." I Never get called back. I would have been happy with some sort of a discount on the original price, or help with the parts I had to purchase in order to use it. I even offered to sell it back to them, but all I got was, "we will call you back." As of Feb. 11 2025, Still no satisfaction, and not even a returned phone call.
As of Feb. 12 2025, I received a call from Cody, we had a pleasant conversation on the phone, we have worked out a solution that is currently in the works. Stay tuned...

We purchased a specific piece of equipment from this company and paid in full, only to receive something entirely different. When we contacted the owner, we were told the original item was out of stock—but at no point were we informed of this before the replacement was shipped. Even more frustrating, the unit we received was $2,600 cheaper (as confirmed by the tag on the machine), and the owner never mentioned the price difference until we confronted him.
We have been requesting a refund for the $2,600 difference for nearly four months with no resolution. Communication has been extremely poor, and there’s been no real effort to make this right.
This kind of business practice is unacceptable—customers deserve transparency, honesty, and basic accountability. We would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this company.

Read moreBUYER BEWARE , stay away from this place. I bought a 2013 gator in May from David, He drove it on my brand new trailer and we were out the door. He was in a hurry to deliver a disc and it was after closing time. I took him at his word that it was a good running machine (big mistake). I parked it in my shed because it was dark. A week later I pulled it out to change the oil and left it in the yard running before pulling it in the garage to change the oil. When I pulled it in the garage to change the oil there was an oil trail to the garage and in the garage. When I checked it was leaking pretty bad. I looked on my trailer and there was oil on my trailer. I called David and he wouldn't take it back or repair it. The best he would do is pay $500 to get it repaired . I called John Deere to get it repaired and it was going to cost 3 times that. they o not tan behind the...
