I gave the mechanic a one star not the store. The mechanic worked on my chain saw and didn't back up his work. After charging me a 100 plus for a new carburetor and after using it i had the same problems with it when I first took it too him. I called to see what I could do and they said bring it in so he can look at it. Well little did they say that I was going to get charged labor again 48.00 for a half hours work. He found nothing wrong he said so why charge to start it up and hear it. This mechanic is ripping people off by charging you again for the work he did. On top of that he said there was nothing wrong so why charge. I guess if I have trouble with it again for the same thing I will get charged another 48.00 for him to look at it and tell me nothing wrong. I have bought my stihl weed eater,leave blower and chain saw from pates.. I will think twice before I get things fixed by their mechanic.
