Enchiladas were very good but only warm not hot like good Mexican food should be served I just don’t understand why these people don’t understand that Mexican food should be served on a hot plate it just makes the food taste so much better. My wife ordered a nacho dinner and when we received our bill they had charged us for guacamole and sour cream which was pictured to be on the menu. I ordered the enchilada dinner and got two Beef enchiladas which were good but would’ve been so much better if they had a been really hot And I also ordered one of the enchiladas to be chicken with the sour cream sauce and it came out on a separate plate and was absolutely cold not even warm. The waiter took it back and this time the manager brought it back and said it was extremely hot but she had put it on a cold plate and when I cut into it was not any warmer than it was when I sent it back which it was absolutely Stone cold. When my wife questioned the charge for the guacamole on the bill the waiter said she would remove it and a few minutes later the same manager came back and said that we would have to pay for that it was not included on the nachos even though it was shown on the picture and there was nothing said about an extra charge for guacamole when we ordered it. I also ordered an order of corn tortillas to be hot with butter and when I got those they were warm at best and tough and certainly not soft like they should be. For lunchtime there were probably not more than six people in the whole restaurant which told me that there is a problem there or it would be packed for lunchtime the manager was extremely rude even though the service girl was nice it was not the best of service we will not be back cannot recommend this place is no better than the La Botana that the same people own up the street just another mediocre to average poor place to take up space in our town. When I want good Mexican food I will travel to Abuelo’s in Abilene or to Pappasito’s in Fort Worth I will not waste any more money on these so-called fake news Mexican restaurants. (Siri...

Sadly, my review has been downgraded to barely 2 stars, because of my meal last night, which I picked up as a to go order after church. More stars for the young lady who waited on me, because she was very helpful. I ordered three tacos with avocado, a side of charro beans and a grilled hot pepper. Typically a favorite meal. This time, there was hardly any avocado on the tacos despite there being nothing else, the cilantro and onion are presented on the side, and the cilantro this time was definitely not fresh, basically wilted. Two of the soft corn tortillas were barely cooked, definitely could not eat. The Charro beans container was half broth, and the container is so small that means I barely got a third of a cup of beans in actuality. The saddest meal I've gotten there since they opened up. For $15, I think there definitely could have been more avocado, more content in general overall. Not sure I will be back. This location has become very popular, and sometimes when the restaurants get popular they back off on quality and content because they already have people's...

Went there for lunch and ordered chicken enchiladas with verde sauce from the lunch menu. My wife ordered the Luncheon Trio. The prices were decent and the food came out of the kitchen in a reasonable time. Customer service was decent. My enchiladas were ok, but the green tomateo sauce wasn't very good and detracted from the overall flavor. My wife's entry came with one beef taco, one chicken enchilada, and one bean tostada. The taco and enchilada were bringing the good, but the tostada wasn't. It had tomatoes on it that were a little past their prime. We did have a side of guacamole which was mixed up fresh at the table and was excellent. I went back and forth between a 3 star rating and a 4 star rating and ultimately gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave 4 stars. If they could take the recipes up a notch or two, this place would rate a solid 4 or 5 stars. I hope they tweak their operations and get really good. Give them a shot and let your...

We went on a Friday night for dinner and had to wait about five minutes for the host to show up, but we were sat right away. The tables all have ample space between you and the next table so it felt spacious. Plenty of tables and the restaurant was busy but didnt feel squished. They don't take reservations on the weekend. The salsa is very yummy and spicy and will get you in trouble of eating too many of them before your meal comes out. They do have a good amount of variety on their menu. Our table tried the crispy tacos, beef birria plate, sour cream enchiladas and mini tacos. We all would get our plates again. The portion sizes are pretty large, plenty to get you full and possibly take some to go depending on what you ordered. Service was good. Would def eat here again when in town and try some fajitas next time, cause when we were walking back to the car we could smell them being cooked and it was delicious smelling.

Food was great. We ordered combination fajitas and chicken fajitas. Side rice, salsa, tortilla chips everything was perfect. Except frozen margaritas was over strong, it was little bitter. But overall, service, food everything was perfect. I do highly recommend to anyone who love good Tex-Mex food.

The service was not the best as we had to send orders back to the kitchen that were incorrect. The prices were slightly high for mediocre Mexican food. I had hoped for a new experience and quality food after the reopening. But I was left with a hefty bill and mild satisfaction. Horchata was good.
