East Main Furniture — Local services in Easley

We couldn't be happier with our experience with East Main Furniture. My fiancee and I were looking for a loveseat for our living room, and we had shopped around quite a lot online. We wanted to look at a few local furniture stores before making a final decision. East Main Furniture was the third store we walked into, and we hadn't seen anything we liked so far.

Doug, the owner, engaged with us in a friendly, relaxed manner as soon as we walked in. After browsing around, we found this leather loveseat that we thought was beautiful. Doug worked with us and gave us a great deal on it. His approach was helpful, pleasant, and not at all pushy--he gave us plenty of space to think and talk about our decision together.

We paid for delivery, and the delivery folks were on time, courteous, and careful.

All in all, we enjoyed buying from a local business owner who clearly has a lot of expertise, experience, and skill with customer service.
