The Grateful Shed Smoke Shop — Local services in East Alton

I ABSOLUTELY love this shop! Everything about it the vibe, the people the owner, and especially the product! The ONLY thing I have to complain about is the "open" and "close" times. Currently sitting in the parking lot at 8:32pm and the doors are locked and it said 9 pm on the website and the sigh on the front door is lite up " OPEN" . I understand 30 minutes isn't much and I don't expect a whole line of small business to accommodate my personal needs! Lol who in their right mind would? And by time your open tomorrow I'll already be clocked in at work and will have to leave in the middle of call to come in the morning when y'all open at 10:30am! I’m not sure how they get so many great reviews. The owner made me feel like I was interrupting something much more important and didn’t seem to me that he cared at all if I got the right item for me. I felt that he couldn’t wait to get me out of the store. He didn’t even stand at the register until my transaction was completed which I found rude and unprofessional. Came back a day or two later to return it cuz I hated it and I could not return it and wasn’t offered store credit or anything. What a well rounded and put together place! I have been a returning customer since it opened. Most important to me is the customer service. The staff is friendly going above and beyond to help you out. Also very knowledgeable, having lots of first hand experience testing different products to see what is the best to go on their shelves.
