Shady Maple sets the bar for buffets. The selection is massive — so many choices that you almost have to plan your plates. Everything is fresh, well-prepared, and feels like homestyle cooking taken up a notch.

The standouts for me were the cheese steak station (tender, flavorful, and customizable just the way you want it), the shrimp (perfectly seasoned and surprisingly high-quality for a buffet), and the steak (juicy, carved fresh, and cooked right). Add that to the Pennsylvania Dutch favorites, the fresh breads, and the endless desserts, and you’ll never leave disappointed.
