Twin Valley Coffee: Shady Maple Farm Market Location — Restaurant in East Earl Township

I’ve enjoyed twin valleys coffee for awhile and have always had wonderful customer service until today. I usually get the cold brew growler and recently purchased another one due to the fact I like 35 minutes away and it saves me a trip to have two. I opened my brand new second growler today and a piece of the glass from the lip fell off. I went to twin valley to have my growler replaced fully prepared to pay for the refill but not the bottle deposit as the bottle I had been sold was broken I’m assuming from the cap being put on to tight from when they filled it for the first time. The women who helped me was incredibly condescending and accusatory towards me. Stating I must have broke it and it was my fault. I explained to her I hadn’t broke it and that it was my first time opening it. She said there’s no way they would have NEVER sold it to me like that and it must be my fault. I understand accidents happen but I knew in this case it wasn’t my fault. She made me wait there while she went to call her manager. She then came back and said my manager said you’ll have to pay for the refill (which I was fine with) and then she said we will give you a new bottle JUST THIS ONCE as if I’ve asked for a new bottle before? but next time WE WONT. I was very taken aback, she then made me inspect the bottle with her in front of other customers making me even more embarrassed. Hopefully I’m able to find a new coffee place closer to me as I don’t think I’ll be returning after being made to feel like a liar, embarrassed and that I had done...

We stopped at the coffee shop in the Shady Maple market in East Earl, PA. This was our first time there. My son got a cold brew nitro, caramel, sweet cream and I got a toasted coconut coffee with sweet cream. We were absolutely amazed how smooth and robust and full of flavors these coffees were.

This prompted us to look online and see if they sold it online because we live a few hours away. We found out they did, so we ordered something different to keep trying the coffees they have.

Just like with the wonderful service and hospitality, and eagerness to serve…I placed my order Monday night around midnight, the next morning, Tuesday morning, it shipped and was at my house Wednesday. Inside the box was also a thank you post card, and in the back was personalized to me and hand written.

His is a company that takes pride and passion in what they do. They make your experience special. They are knowledgeable. If you are thinking of trying them out, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Not many places take time to do things like this anymore, but they did! That makes it...

Twin Valley is hands down my favorite coffee of all time. I have traveled to over half of our US states and have made it my hobbie to stop at coffee shops when I'm in a new area. I am ALWAYS happy to return home to PA so I can get my Twin Valley fix! While I have tried their featured drinks, my go-to order is the nitro coldbrew, caramel, and sweet cream.
